5S inspection activities are continued to be carried out in 2011
5S inspection activities have been carried out every Wednesday since July 6, 2011. We have carried out on-site inspection of the departments' responsibility areas every week and released the examination results in time. 179 non-conformances were examined in 2011 which provided the precondition of efficiency improvement and reduction of production cost.
