In order to promote the the popularization and development of vanadium redox flow battery technology in Dalian and enhance the knowledge reserve of vanadium materials and energy storage of professional technical personnel, senior seminar with the theme of “application prospect and development trend of vanadium materials in new energy and energy storage fields” was held in Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone Planning Exhibition Hall in September 2017, which was undertook by BNM under the organization of Dalian HR service center and Human resources and Social Security Bureau of Huayuankou Economic Zone.

      The 32-hour seminar course spent 4 days. The researcher of the Dalian Chemicals Institute, Zhang Huamin and Zhang Hongzhang, Germany aerospace materials expert, Mr. Roy Del. Oscar, and other 7 experts in the field of vanadium materials were invited and 108 trainers from 7 units participated in the courses. The professional technical personnel in the industry understood more about vanadium redox flow battery, various application and market prospect of vanadium materials, development and detection methods, process of the actual production and the system chain of production learning and research through explanation and discussion. The seminar has also strengthen communication and exchange among the enterprises in this field, which reached the original goal and received good feedback with the 100% satisfaction.

 

      Lecturing work of the senior seminar was finished successfully under the support of Dalian HR Service Center. The professional technical personnel in Dalian has had more knowledge of the development trend of the latest international energy storage technology and has renewed their knowledge reserve, which has greatly promoted the popularization of vanadium redox flow battery technology.
