Innovation is the power source of a company’s development; innovation is the ultimate weapon of a company’s technological lead.

        As the engine of flow storage battery development of Bolong Group, BNM have the most advanced technology and the best products. But we would also disappoint the mission if we rest complacently on our laurels under the environment of rapid development of flow energy storage technology. We can keep an invincible position in the industry only with continuous innovation.

        It’s BNM’s mission in 2017 that to strengthen the innovation in every aspects of management, consciousness and practice etc and transform the company from manufacturing plant to innovative plant.    

       Under the call of general manager, Hao Yue, we started to collect innovative and creative plan and action among all the staff and encouraged them to think out of the box and seek a more scientific and more creative method combining with the status quo. Meanwhile, BNM put forward an idea that when the creative plan is at the end of implementation, we will exhibit the works in our special exhibition hall and make a selection to give generous rewards to the outstanding ones.

        We invited Mr. Xu Jigang, a well-known training lecturer in enterprise innovation, to make a lecture of “Innovation Management of Enterprises” for us in July 28, 2017, which help the staff recognize the significance of innovation management and know how to innovate.

        The event led not only the creative inventions, but also a sense of innovation. Since the launching of innovation and creation activities, all the staff have constantly put forward various innovative designs. It just like the "inspiration rain" poured into the BNM land to nourish the flowers of "originality, creativity, innovation" in everyone’s heart.

        Innovation and creation activities will enter the stage of program producing from August 2017. Let's continue to track the production process and look forward to the shock and movement of the works.
